CLUB REPORTSKillin Hotel Weekend - February 200530 members made the trip north to Killin for the 2nd year in a row with good winter weather forecast. It was apparent most people were there for a social weekend as not many people set out with any great mountaineering ambitions. David & Mary saved all our blushes by getting up Beinn Heasgarnich using some 1950’s replica equipment!
The evening do was great with our friend the accordionist keeping us entertained and dancing all night. Angela kept it going for a wee while after that with a rendition of god knows what but it involved community singing and actions. Sunday we all slept late and had a lazy day on the way home except for those who went walking! David Jamieson (pics by Dave Baird)
